Below you’ll find my professional work ethic and general working guidelines.
They are intended to ensure a respectful, safe and enjoyable collaboration for everyone involved.

Rates and usage fees are discussed individually, depending on the nature, duration and scope of each project.
Paid collaborations are preferred. Very selective TFP is considered for strong, concept-driven projects.

WORKING GUIDELINES

My appearance, including piercings, may not be altered during post-production without prior agreement.
I do not participate in shoots involving drugs, alcohol, weapons or pornography.
I reserve the right to decline poses or concepts that fall outside my personal boundaries or comfort level.
Physical contact is limited to the stylist only, and always with my consent.
Location shoots require prior discussion and approval.
Styling details must be communicated at least one week in advance.
Clear communication is essential. Please make contact no later than one week before the shoot. If there is no response within 48 hours prior to the shoot, it will be considered cancelled.
An advance payment equivalent to one hour of shooting is required to confirm the booking.
Shooting time includes preparation, set changes and breaks.
I decide whether images are shared on my own social media channels. The photographer is permitted to use the images on their social media.
Additional travel expenses may apply and must be discussed in advance.

TERMS & CONDITION

Article 1 – Scope of Application

1.1. These general terms and conditions apply to all agreements entered into with Model Annelies Godyns, regardless of any conflicting provisions stated in client documents. By placing a booking, the client acknowledges and accepts these terms and conditions.

Article 2 – Offers, Rates & Confirmation

2.1. Rates agreed upon for a booking do not automatically apply to future assignments.

Article 3 – Copyright & Image Usage

3.1. In the event that a session exceeds the agreed shooting time, additional fees of €75 per hour will be charged.

Article 4 – Limitation of Liability

4.1. Any complaints regarding the services provided must be communicated in writing within five working days after the shoot.
4.2. If, due to fire, accident, force majeure or any other circumstance beyond the model’s control, Model Annelies Godyns is unable to fulfill the agreement, all payments received — including any advance payment — will be refunded. No further obligations or liabilities shall arise from such cancellation.

Article 5 – Invoicing & Payments

5.1. A photoshoot is paid in two parts. An advance payment equivalent to one hour at the applicable hourly rate is required to confirm the booking. Only upon receipt of this advance payment is the booking considered final.
5.2. The advance payment serves as a cancellation fee and is non-refundable under any circumstances.
5.3. After completion of the shoot, an invoice for the remaining balance will be issued.
5.4. Payments must be made to bank account BE53 7330 6942 5253 within fourteen (14) working days from the invoice date.
5.5. If payment is not received within eight (8) days after a formal payment reminder, the client will be charged a late payment interest of 12% per year, as well as a fixed compensation fee of 10% of the invoice amount, with a minimum of €100.00, calculated from the date of the reminder until full payment is received.

Article 6 – Amendments

6.1. These terms and conditions may be amended at any time without prior notice.
